    for those interested in sim lian's winning bid and development of this mixed use plot, with bus interchange, lrt, mrt.

    at $805.26 ppr, it is pretty damn high. but this could be the heart of a rejuvenated area with lots of development lined up, DTL2, hawker centre etc.

    V expensive for e location. Wld rather wait n pay for other more centralised location.

    this piece of land is too small for commercial.
    will end up like sunplaza and westcoast plaza.

    You mean like Siglap centre or ARC?

    What's wrong with West Coast Plaza? I wld think it's deceptively self sufficient for it's location.

    may be same or 5% bigger than Bt panjang plaza.

    smaller mall more suitable for senior citizen. less walk.
    younger generation prefer place like orchard, shop all
