    After the MM restrictions in landed area (except Geylang), boutique MM seems to be selling quite well in recent months.

    Did you repeat your JC education for a thousand years and that's why you're called Jcmillineum? From how you spelled millennium, it appears that's the case yes?

    A name's a name. It's near enough Katong to be called Katong if the developer so wish to. In fact, it's nearer to Katong then Upper Paya Lebar is to Paya Lebar road. Why not suites @ Upper Paya Lebar road?

    the way the developer chooses the katong association over its plainly paya lebar locale speaks volume. Just saying...

    Based on my experience if the discount has directly applied on the listed price, the caveat [lodge by the lawfirm] should reflect the price after discount [unless stamp duty rebate etc.. are given only upon top]. You are also required to declare when applying loan if you have got any additional rebates as well. Correct me if I am wrong

    Should be correct. Even after 3% rebate, the psf is still an astounding 1880psf.
