So in theory, If the price that you paid must include ABSD + Interest paid minus selling price will be the break even point ?
If someone buys at 1mil. holding for 5 years to avoid the Seller duty.
Then would be 15K x 5 equal 75K for bank loan interest paid
Then Add stamp duty and property agent comms.
So for rough estimate, the break even point of 1mil property is 1.1mil. Anything more then 1.1 mil is the profit ?
