    I was there earlier today evening at the showroom after visiting EuHabitat. Marketed by the Huttons Group.

    The 2 showflats (1-BR Loft & 3-BR) is currently out of bounds for viewing. Brochures are also not ready. There's a scale model of the development.

    Can confirm these are quoted estimated launch prices (after 26% discount!):

    1 Br = $1350 - $1450PSF
    2 Br = $1250 - $1350PSF
    3 Br = $1150 - $1275PSF

    Floorplan wise, it is smaller when compared to similar BR-types in EuHabitat. Some units do not have Household Shelters (thus maximizing space), but some unit types comes with 2 balconies.

    There are 2 PES units with private pools, but they are directly under the carpark entrances.

    Estimated $40 per share value. Maintenance fees from $200 - $280 thereabouts.

    Target launch date probably in 2 weeks time.
