There are 2 roads separating Sea Esta from both condos. If your idea of living is to sardine with a muslim cemetery, with the dead to add to the fun, then I salute you! (Presumably since you mentioned that you were given a quote for Flamingo Valley)

Eh, I am not talking down about Sea Esta as a proj cos' I think this is the best of the 4 in the JLB location and I personally like it too. What I meant is that it's quite a pity that gahmen released the plot right next to SE and WC so soon after the recent launches, thus sandwiching the site, else owners of SE and WC wld have enjoyed the serenity and fresh air for a few good years ...

It's cool. I don't think the effects will be greatly felt, the new development will probably be 80% done by the time the 4 condos are ready. Agent said $350 for my 4BR, which is good comparing the same amount for parc olympia's 2BR.
i don't think watercolours will pick up, and with the other EC (size about sea esta + watercolours) that will be open for tender soon, i don't know how these 2 ECs will survive, especially the upcoming one.
