There are 2 roads separating Sea Esta from both condos. If your idea of living is to sardine with a muslim cemetery, with the dead to add to the fun, then I salute you! (Presumably since you mentioned that you were given a quote for Flamingo Valley)
Eh, I am not talking down about Sea Esta as a proj cos' I think this is the best of the 4 in the JLB location and I personally like it too. What I meant is that it's quite a pity that gahmen released the plot right next to SE and WC so soon after the recent launches, thus sandwiching the site, else owners of SE and WC wld have enjoyed the serenity and fresh air for a few good years ...
It's nothing personal to those who are vested in this project
It's cool. I don't think the effects will be greatly felt, the new development will probably be 80% done by the time the 4 condos are ready. But of course, less people the better serenity.Originally Posted by bakasa2002

Sea Esta started work.
Ripple Bay still idling.
Seastrand is the faster.
Watercolours is just behind.

Any update?
59 units sold in July. Final 68 units left. not sure how many already sold in aug.
Wow, if 68 units left, that means 308 units sold since launch? That's 82% sold.Originally Posted by bargain hunter

Good sales and I think the pricing is right and the smallest development of the 4, definitely more exclusive ... Low density?
piling has started. maintenance fees also surprisingly reasonable.
anyone knows how ripple bay and watercolours are doing?

with the other 3 projects selling > 80%, perhaps sales at watercolours could pick up afterall.

i don't think watercolours will pick up, and with the other EC (size about sea esta + watercolours) that will be open for tender soon, i don't know how these 2 ECs will survive, especially the upcoming one.
the other EC really must come out with a totally new concept in order to entice buyers...Originally Posted by ilgr

Ripple Bay 4Bdr only $245.
[QUOTE=Chester]Wow really?? $245 for RB's 4BR? Established EC turn private condo like Eastvale down the road nearer to MRT, 3BR's maintenance already $250.Originally Posted by ilgr
