8th February 2014 - Close Up - Level 4 of Block 18, Roof Level of Block 20, Roof Level of Block 22, Level 10 of Block 26 and Level 12 of Block 28 completed. Level 1 of Blk 30 in progress.

I don't think so. The land where Sea Esta is on is already very small. I believe Straits Construction is using the area where the swimming pool should be to store construction materials. There are also cranes there.

I believe it is a flat land now and the swimming pool should be build towards the end when all blocks are completed and the cranes removed.

But what I think is It will be more difficult for them to dip the hole for the swimming pool once the last Blk 30 built up as there aren't spaces for the crane or bulldozer to move in and out liao .

The gap between blk 30 and 18 should be enough for such a machine to pass thru.

Now a day, condos structure/form and layout are so much like HDB flats BTO if not for the extended Balcony, you won't guess it a Private Condo.
