    More info should be out within 2 weeks

    PSF likely from $950 onward

    Ripple Bay is selling so well; of course Hoi Hup wants to jump onto the same wagon - they'll have an eager pool of seaview lovers who didn't manage to get their money on the RB seaview units

    Price Per Plot Ratio for Pasir Ris:

    Seastrand - $335psf per plot ratio
    Sea Esta - $361 per sq ft per plot ratio
    Ripple Bay - $402 per sq ft per plot ratio
    Elias Rd/Pasir Ris Dr 3 Site - S$472 per square foot per plot ratio

    I think MCL was worried about the market so was very conservative in pricing which they offset with their choice of building materials. For the price that HH is charging, buyers would expect good quality stuff.

    The whole of Singapore will soon be conjested anyway lah
    At least Pasir Ris has a beach which is one corner of the
    country. Traffic will not be that heavy as compared to central
    or mid central area where traffic has to cross.

    not aware that hh gives good or high grade quality....judging from what they give for miltonia and meadow I don't think I'll be keen with their project

    Both MCL and Far East are Establish Companies, while HH is rather small if compare to Far East and MCL.....small company give better quality material ?

    well as an example Novelty is by no means big but quite known for quality of finishing

    2BR(6xx sf) - $5xxk
    2BR(8xx sf) - $6xxk
    3BR(9xx sf) - $7xxk
    3BR(10xx to 12xx sf) - $8xxk
    3BR dual key & 4BR TBC

    Preview 10th June tentatively
