if the unit is facing havelock road, then it is a facing 2 construction sites:

the hotel across the road and the mrt station.

there are no caveats lodged for 1313 sq ft units. but there are 4 caveats for 1302 sq ft units and prices range from 1.52m to 1.6m. not exactly so fire sale right?

my mistake. face havelock road does not face 2 construction sites. indeed faces busy multi lane havelock road and according to pictures by other agents just 1 or 2 floors above a street lamp and where the overhead bridge is. can also see the cross junction. also has full view of old rental flats (which are taller than the unit btw).
