    Sale demand is still super up up up despite govt's efforts to slow it down with the recent launch of the BTO flats... imagine if don't have those launch, sales volume might be even higher!

    looks like many ppl scared miss the boat, and all started to go in.

    Thomson Grand this month alone 54 units !

    as usual, sabo every one lah after he ownself exit at you said 1900 rite? @%%@ really have to ask questions why UOL in such a rush to sell? really scared demand completely dry up for big quantum units? u see caveats for gallop green 1900psf and the much older gallop gables at 1700psf, quantum even larger at >$5m. why? UOL no confidence in their own brand new product is it?

    nice! thanks bro for always generating this every 15th of the month! Wow looks like this month it's not any single big project that caused sales to hit 3k. Ripple did really well! launched end of march and sold so many already!

    take a closer look! mostly MM projects!! so many geylang projects in this top 40 list! and many other D19,D15 MMs

    Well top 5 projects with 3 digits sales volume are not MM types or Geylang area..

    This month's results shows that buying is on a broad basis.
    It cuts across various segments.

    And more importantly, some of these are clearly investment properties.

    Prices looks like it will continue to inch upwards.

    Wow! Minton moved from No7 last month to No4 this month in the sales chart! This is almost after 2years of the original launch.

    past few months u can see that sales at minton really shot up thanks to all the record psf sold at other OCR projects.

    its called Millage. the 69 is the number of units sold in mar.

    This is the best FH MM launched this year IMO. Fair pricing. just mins away from KR. But KR will be releasing at $2000psf.
