I'm torn between developer and agent. Don't know who is worse....

=> low interest rate lah... all the human beings/govt agencies are supporting actors only...

Last time: 5% 25yr and monthly instalment of 3K, gives you 513K loan only
now: 1.5% 35yr and monthly instalment of 3K, gives you 980K loan (about double)

Then the valuers are just as evil.... The valuers are frequently in the same property firm as the agents.... So it's back to the agents again....
