Interestingly i noticed this stretch of apts just next to katong shopping centre..i did a search a lot of units for rent/sale...top in 2009...but seems like NO one i there when i pass by...wats the story....

project should have t.o.p for quite sometime already n till now no one is staying there.
maybe all the owners are trying to rent it out or selling it with no takers.

Long long time ago when I was still in secondary school, I remembered there was a light green villa at that site which appeared perpetually vacant. The villa had a name but I can't recall what it is now.
