    I pass that stretch most days. Building works at Nin seems to be progressing very slowly. I think they launched almost 2 years back. Today still cannot see anything.

    seems a decent RCR location. main complaint is the nearby Macpherson industrial area.
    hinges on pricing, and potential developments in P.P. and neighbouring Woodleigh (prob >= 10 yrs?)... it'll be cool if the 2-storey shophouses are refurbished and the whole area might be a mini Siglap/ Holland V...

    Just got a update from a agent and he really took effort to draw a 3d sketch of the proj and it looks really interesting. Let me break down to share the info

    - Name : Sennett Residence
    - MKPL Architects
    - 3 condo blocks of 18 storey
    - 1 condo facilities block w swimming pool
    - 4 blocks link by 3 link-bridges
    - 11 PH units
    - 2 Shops (not for sale)
    - 2 level of basement carparks

    I didn't see the TH in the drawing and floor plan is not out yet but latest update is launching in late Nov. it is suppose to be a one day sellout proj and I think it's likely too if TS price correctly.

    Recent transactions for Nin (1100-1300pfs) and 8 Woodleigh
    (1200-1400pfs).

    So average likely to be within this range Since Nin is not TOP yet and 8W has just TOP.

    Link bridges are on low floors like maybe 4-5 floor, not sky bridges ... Don't get your hopes too high. It's function is mainly to link the lower facilities block to the 3 residential blocks, at least that's what I see from the sketch...

    If after coming out from the MRT escalator, there is a direct gate compared to having to walk around the perimeter, there is a difference, esp when it rains. Direct connection from MRT basement 1 the best if the wall at the bottom of the escalator can be hacked thru or there is a connecting lift there to take to the carpark.

    No floor plans but agent estimate will launch average price 1.5-1.7k psf

    The freehold condo beside potong pasir mrt already 1.8k to 1.9k psf.....for the 99years leasehold senette, if at 1.5k psf is reasonable.....There are so much development tat can take place, like mall, new town.....all can justify the price.... The facts are once fully sold, u can't buy potong pasir mrt condo, except from the resale at their price!!
