    sky habitat will start moving when the overall market climbs higher and higher.
    8river already have units selling at such prices. though one stop nearer to town it takes probably a couple more mins of walking distance. without shelter. plus many ppl been posting how bad the traffic is around that area. furthermore the empty plot of land directly opposite the sennett will see a mega mall like nex in the future!

    Nin residence under construction, Sennate Residence about to launch,
    also wait for plot B - currently under demolition and clearance, Plot C - CDL Mix residence + shop development (a sure star develoment in the area) .. See the new benchmark Psf set for new P P development.

    is true if selling 1500sqf . Ppl wil start to look at SH and 8RS .

    im excited to see all 3 plots + Nin to be completed. Maybe by then some bidadari projects / HDBs would have been launched as well. New malls, new schools etc.

    Don't think there will be new schools since Bidadari is not that big a development and beside there are already quite a few (eg. Maristella, Bartley, Cedar Primary & Cedar Girl Secondary, the entire ST Andrew Village etc). Suspect Bidadari might be a model of new type of Up class HDB Housing n styling (of course with a high $$$) but with height restriction being near Paya Lebar Airbase, you won't see a spectacular 40/50 storey blks. Small scale mall cum residential developments at Woodsleigh Mrt Stn and perhaps a slightly bigger one mall at P P MRT stn will perfect for all residents here.

    Yea, im sure once the residents move in, the 3.5 GFA mixed development plot opposite the Sennett will be exciting to watch.

    There is a valley in the bibadari area. Hence, some blogs can be 28 storeys.

    Yeah, Bidadari has valley at Bartley side and a knoll at Cedar /P P side. Any 20 sty on that knoll could easily be 28/30 storey in height. Being high and central can have very good view of City side and around S'pore.

    Just been to take a look outside the showflat. Ground level, the cubicles still empty. So don't think the showflat will ready in the next 2 weeks.

    My guess is mixed development gets high GFR in order to support higher GRA that includes commercial space, not necessarily high rise development. If there is height restriction near PLAB then most likely lots of commercial space and it could be a huge mall.
