    If true, >1600-1800pfs for 1 roomers very high.

    Think Kovan regency, 8 riversuites, Bartley residences 1 roomer started from 1200-1300pfs and above.

    Those look like bargain now.. But got no covered walkway to MRT

    Not sure. Some other forumers may have the latest updates.
    It was supposed to be in Nov, then Dec and now Jan.
    Even the prices quoted by forumers in this thread, couldn't confirm with agents. Suspect everything not finalised as yet.

    some building plans not approved... that's why the delay.. take a look at some other new launch first lo

    hmm quite a few FH properties around PP MRT.. would this 99LH do well? Wouldn't people go for FH instead?

    extrapolate MM units.. shit almost came out of pants when u said hitting 2k psf for regular size units

    Honestly how to factor in capital appreciation within the next 5 years with the current prices.

    People used Bishan 8 MRT doorstep condo 15 year wait for buyers to sell near their buying price to argue why Sky Habitat is over priced.

    How come Sennett at apparent 1.4-1.8k pfs is considered fairprice?

    Think whether sellout or not depends on pricing.

    The road next to Sennett is very noisy, esp during peak hours. Went there over the weekend and got first hand experience.

    Go stand along the inner row of semi-Ds facing Sennett, you will get a sense of what it is like. Furthermore, many buses come and go at the bustop regularly and thats extra noise.

    The FH18Woodsville at PP has reached near 2000pfs, and yet people still say no bubble forming.....

    The rental around this area is not very strong. 2bedder 3.5k and 3bedder 4.2k. Just slightly more than far ocr like double bay and even mi casa. Sources from ura.
