Our neighbour started building after us.. now they have removed their cranes already.. so fast. Sennett's progress looks pretty slow these few mths.

Sant Ritz is a smaller development and Im not sure what other restrictions they might have after the crane collapse.
Anyways, a pic of Sennett's progress. Looks pretty fast to me considering its TOP is aimed at late 2016/early 2017.

Not sure leh, though I am no expert, but looks like from the current development stage, I won't be surprise if the TOP would be within 6-8 mths time.. I looked at some pics from Bedok Residences, the took the pic last yr Oct

The development at that stage looks like what Sennett (335 units) is right now.. except, Sennett still has the cranes on-site.. and Bedok Residence (583 units) had TOP in May this yr.. so its 7 mths..
So I think if Bedok with more units can complete within 7 mths.. I don't see why Sennett with less units can't do the same.. assuming that the developer would like to complete early so that they can re-coupe from their investments.
Any thoughts anyone?

Hi Aerobic, my hunch is that it will TOP in Mar which is around 7 months from now. But I heard from the webcast that Sennett will TOP within year end ??!!!! Omg I hope it's not be a shabby job done. I am quite worried about the workmanship after hearing so many issues in other condos.

Hi Ginkonut, totally agree with u, i thk it will likely b Q1 next yr as well. My personal preference is also early next yr as well so we can take advantage of GSS. Hopefully the workmanship is gd, according to the video he has confidence that the finishing quality will b gd. Let's hope he's right.
