    Never like these "boutique" apartments in Meyer area with multi-storey car park, no land, landscape or facility to speak of. If not for Indian fascination to conquer the area, it should never fetch those prices.

    Just visited this showflat at the Fort Road area
    $1800 psf, double volume counted in as strata area......

    can't understand why people bot

    1.8k psf!? actually pretty fair lar, Geylang these days already 1.6k psf. a little higher than geylang justifiable?

    If its double volume then the actual floor psf should be almost double of 1.8k
    psf isn't it?

    Every house sell... its a matter of time. Someone will buy for some strange reasons.

    The biggest unit at 8M Residences (3bd penthouse) was sold to a walk-in customer.

    Strange?? More than $2.xM.... Singapore has too many high net-worth individuals...

    1 unit sold in sep at 1548psf.
