Default Terrace at east coast drive

Happen to pass by east coast drive and saw that the 2 old bungalows are now gone. Expected the land to be transformed to a small condo. But instead saw that it will be 8 units of terrace instead. Probably land use for the area was for landed property only. This seems also to apply for finland gardens. So limited potential for future enbloc.

Just divide GFA by 753sf and that's the max dwelling units permissible.

Is this the one near the soon to be SERS HDB?
The land too small for cluster house.
Wonder how much will the terrace houses be priced.

Thanks for sharing the circular. Seems like Kovan joo Chiat still under study. If confirmed in q3 then the new development at Simon road will be affected.

It's after the HDB and the row of terrace houses. Showflat being built... Don't think prices will be low.
