    Hee interesting number, hmmmm maybe M69 sound better wonder is this new project sitting at the one at the extreme corner near the PIE and river? though there is an old residence building there? is that been en-bloc? Lastly wonder when will there be showroom and official lanuch for this project

    Hur serious, whats wrong with Mountbatten Suites? I got a friend bought a penthouse unit for that project few years back but never share must with me but tell me that is a good buy and making me so envy of him loh Care to share with me on this project?

    anyone knows this developer? btw later TOP probably because BCA only allow construction to go on Mons - Sats till 7pm. Work not supposed to be done on sundays and PHs. (new rule for landed area?)

    Thanks, just read that and realise there so many negativepoints from the design, location, units layout, facilities and late TOP andworst of all there is even a basement unit for keeping mistress!!! haha anyway
    the member in that forum sound very fierce!

    Who know one of them might be my
    future angry neighbour if stay there!!!

    Yup at least this project can help beautify a bit of the surrounding area in Moonstone lane rather those those old rundown factory building

    Just 10 out of 70 sold at 1290 to 1386psf. 1361psf median. when was this launched?

    The location for showflat beside Regent Residences seems like a good location for another development Looks like a "holy" land to me though...

    I prefer the stack 1 type B2 MM 2 bedder. 58sqm. Its the only 2 bedder with 2 proper bathroom. Too bad priced at 800k!
