That plot is 99LH that is also from Hong Leong? It should be priced slightly above Bartley Residences. The Bidadari area is experiencing a boom, thanks to new town development in 2015, proximity to international schools and town. $1700 psf for high floor greenery facing is not surprising.Originally Posted by carbuncle
