    Disagreed. Orchard is targetted towards TOURIST and high income earner.

    MBS can't compare with Orchard. As MBS is not 100% shopping paradise. It has mixture of park, casino, hotel, museum...

    While for D19, compare to suburb places in singapore, it would be top 5 or 3 favourite places to live or shop and relax.

    Conclusion - Different places will attract different types of people.

    Buy punggol mainly for own stay.
    Rent out? Not so.
    Like what most others had said, punggol mm untested in terms rental.

    Maybe can be used as a gauge for this project mm units.

    River Isles imho, the location is NOT good. And also there WILL be NOISE pollution as it is surronded by 2 schools.

    Wee hur next to bus interchange key. The land in between the bus interchange and wee hur was rumoured to be a hawker centre. However i found out in street directory last week that the area was fully planned as bus terminal. Noise + free dust day and night...better avoid units facing the terminal.

    I ask abt river isle as I heard rumors cheapest unit starts from 3xxk.

    river isles 6th floor 1bedder is 440k, 2nd floor is 430k

    Common sense already tell us that there WILL BE FREE DUST + NOISE pollution as it is NEARBY Bus Interchange.

    Well, either stay very high floor or do not choose near the bus terminal or

    simply just buy another different condo

    In this case, if RI is priced at 440k and WT priced at 540k, means that wee hur logically should price its cheapest mm near 500k.

    Currently 3, in future 4 including one directly opp the road. Finishing and design are quite nice but location CMI...

    The current 3 one i NEVER mention is because that is further away from River Isles. ( 2 ROADS apart )

    Well, if like what you mention above the 4 one directly opp the road, then consider it is surrounded by 3 schools

    and RESIDENTS of River Isles be prepare to buy EAR PLUG

    not so bad right?.. it will be better than those next to bus interchange. noise start from 5am till 12mid...

    agree, and wt 540k the size is 527 sqft, 480k or 490k is a good deal for wee hur for a 462 sqft unit already

    Imo school noise is better than interchange noise, cos' most of the time you will be working during wkdays so you don't really get the disturbances but buses run daily and almost like from 6am to MN?

    Another good buy is riviera 38 at 470k according to some forumers.
    8RS also not bad and heard it is going at 540k during preview.
