    EL Development Pte Ltd
    $383,333,000
    $5,679.61

    527psf .... seems like pretty standard to bid 5XXpsf for plot next to MRT nowadays

    EL Development's bid is some 10.2 per cent and 12.7 per cent above the second and third highest bids.

    Not near mrt is 100psf less. quite ok rite to bid at 5xxpsf rite?

    ST saying it ONLY attracted 5 bids for such a plum site, so maybe demand is going down? Analyst say until v nice, cos' recently there has been quite a few development ard that area. Lolx!

    no need to defend if the bidders are paying such a high land cost right?

    anyway, if you notice, they hardly ever bid/put all their eggs in one estate/basket.

    same for all other developers with the exception of FEO.

    I think the sales record for Luxurie is not that impressive as they had expected. Considering they have been marketing it for while, it is less than 50% sold despite it's plum location, I guess they must have done their sums.

    Yeah they probably write off the location and don't want to waste further resource, considering had they submitted and won, there would be some economies of scale (eg show flat and maybe even construction )
