OCR - let the rich and super rich play in this segment!!!
RCR - as per now.
RCR(M) - those within say 500m from MRT station.
OCR - as per now.
OCR(M) - those within 500m from MRT station...
When this happens (of if this happens), the price will sure to spread more evenly, and in the long term more people will be more willing to accept the prices level especially in the OCR /OCR(M) region... Make sense???
