    CapitaLand Group's chief executive Liew Mun Leong will be retiring on June 27, 2013, after his latest term of appointment ends.

    In a filing with the Singapore Exchange, the property developer announced that the 65-year-old, who is also the President of CapitaLand Group, will be stepping down.

    it could be that China macro is not looking good, Singapore projects all stuck, he smart and say want to retire already

    aiyo,you are insulting him ah? he still needs CPF Life?? he won't drink kopi in local kopitiam, he drinks kopi in Nice, France and probably stay in GCB when he is in Singapore

    unlikely that liew will return. His image as "big brother" in the developer community has tarnished, this affects company image. Personal opinion.

    By speaking the unspeakable, he will find it hard to retract. People who reach a stature n position sometimes forget about change in the times and to react accordingly.

    Sure huat even with investment in two restaurants. Have bought one of his investment properties some years back at a very great deal. Was surprised when saw his name on the purchase agreement.
