I think it will be a case of everyone wants to be eco-friendly but not that many would want to stay in Eco and pay for maintenance for such features. I forsee a more extensive fee will be charge for this project's landscaping but it is gonna look nice if you really like greenery.Originally Posted by phantom_opera
Maybe FEO can consider having organic mini-farms?
organic farms?! then maybe MC can save on landscaping costs by collecting poop from every household to be used as fertilizerOriginally Posted by bakasa2002
Well, it depends on how green they are going to go for these eco features, but someone gonna pay for them. Just as seen in Parc Olympia.Originally Posted by eng81157

Yes I am an agent.
They even have an online game on the official eCO Facebook page www.facebook.com/eCOBedokSouth. Looks like this project will be as huge and exciting like Watertown!
Every buyer will be given a certificate, thank him for contributing to environment eco-drive

Nah, should give each buyer a Citizen Eco-drive watch and Townhouse buyers a Toyota Prius. Sounds good? FEO are you listening? :POriginally Posted by phantom_opera
i am not sure and am definitely not buying into the hype for this development. no amenities, better neighbouring land parcel up for tender, ridiculously priced for this location.
The thought of our OCR pricing is so close to NY Wall street is indeed worrying.

better pray the government dont pull the plug in growth. Many people don't appreciate the reality of it until they stare it in the face.
