Maybe FEO can consider having organic mini-farms?

organic farms?! then maybe MC can save on landscaping costs by collecting poop from every household to be used as fertilizer

Well, it depends on how green they are going to go for these eco features, but someone gonna pay for them. Just as seen in Parc Olympia.

    Thumbs up

They even have an online game on the official eCO Facebook page www.facebook.com/eCOBedokSouth. Looks like this project will be as huge and exciting like Watertown!

Nah, should give each buyer a Citizen Eco-drive watch and Townhouse buyers a Toyota Prius. Sounds good? FEO are you listening? :P

i am not sure and am definitely not buying into the hype for this development. no amenities, better neighbouring land parcel up for tender, ridiculously priced for this location.

The thought of our OCR pricing is so close to NY Wall street is indeed worrying.

    https://donna-meyer.squarespace.com/55-wall-360

    $1,795,000 2BR/2BA 1,681sf

works out to be SGD $1356psf

Shenton is ober priced. Compared to Wallstreet.. comparing the GDP generated. I really think we are over priced currently..

better pray the government dont pull the plug in growth. Many people don't appreciate the reality of it until they stare it in the face.
