    Default One rosyth

This project top last year and there's still 4 developer units left!

And yet there's sub sales done in June. 1389 sqft for 1.5mil and a 1076sqdt for just 1.05mil.. From pptyguru the developer is asking for higher Psf than subsales. Ie asking 1.6 mil for the 1389 sqft unit..

Question is... Has developer gone mad greedy and rather sit on vacant units (untenanted) rather than sell ard sub sale prices?

Or is something very wrong with the project?? Anyone own or know what's the issue with this development? Thanks..

In Malaysia, hotels have 2 toilet bowls to cater for muslim friends.. Maybe the developer decided on the same??

Developer not in the hurry to clear unit, properly hit target already.

Sometimes developers throw in additional renovation for leftover units hence bringing up the price.

Sorry to disappoint but there's no dual toilets! Haha.. But they do have bath tuBs both common and master that's suitable for midgets. Nice granite finishing for toilets.

Other than that, this is one wierd devt with irregular shapes and bends in the house. Really difficult to work with. Will need a top notch id o work all the irregularities into something artsy.

Maiden project also and poor workmanship. Quite poorly done I will say. But super convenient for pple who don't drive as the bus stop is just 50 steps away.

Some of the units are very close to the devleopmnet behind, also if not mistaken there is direct afternoon sun (that explains the white lourves thingy).

The ironic thing about this project is that it's facade is all white, last time in 2009 (or 2010) the showflat was actually a black box at serangoon north.
