    probably 1 unit only below 900psf

    Those 3 bedroom compact around 990sqft are the best buy at 880psf. It is the lowest quantum 3 bedder at punggol central. ATT's 3 bedders are larger and start at over 935k for 2nd floor last time. Remember ATT pricing was all same floor unit same price regardless of facing.

    Yeah man...thought they will sell cheaper than TT. Btw, they will be only launching those "hard to sell stacks" tomolo....those facing the road and no pool view 4br...guess they test water and remove the VVIP discount if response is good. In summary, those buying tomolo will not be getting the best stacks.

    Why there is no dimensions and indication of sizes of the rooms etc in the floor plan? I thought that is already mandatory?

    Ya.. Heard from my agent that it going to be a sell out. Lots of interested buyer already registered.it will be a mess and advise buyer to choose your unit properly. Don't rush to grab. do your homework and take down those units that u prefer b4 gg to the SF. The enviroment is gg to make u crazy..Happy shopping...
