    How many plot of good lands for condo around mrt left ???

    If there is a limit, what will happen to the price..

    Today some one complain in strait times about the price of a dbss at clementi selling at 800k. They only willing to offer 760k. If these kind of price is becoming acceptable, price will continue to trend up..

    Yeah, i guess many people thought of this trick in the morning...but there was a WeeHur staff who kept reminding the people in the bulk puchase queue that their purchase will not be accepted if they buy only one unit...

    But i like the idea of forfeiting 1 unit in order to get a dream unit (for the rich) in the priority queue.

    Wah, that's a good move, it will be able 5-6k more for a choice unit ... Not too bad if the proj is exceptionally HOT! I learn something today but have to wait till I get RICH to put it into practice.

    Other than SLP, who is the other agent marketing this HOT proj? It's really HOT today, so bro queuing pls rem to hydrate else wait peng san need to go hospital, then no more choice unit ...

    When i left at noon, saw a civil defense truck (like fire-engine) stop outside the main entrance, don't understand what it is for... Maybe just in case the tentage or showroom gets too hot !!!

    The showroom was packed! Standard layout. Finishing duravit and hansgrohe. Blocks will probably be pretty close to each other. Sensible pricing, not the rip off sort.

    Read from myhometown forum that over 300 units sold (out of 618 units in total) - so that would be close to 50% or even over 50%.

    Impressive sales I must say.

    I didn't bother to check the sales figure. The stack i was looking at was fully sold by 2.30pm.

    A few stacks were not released in the morning, not sure if these stacks were eventually open for sale in the afternoon. If not, then the % sold over released units will be much higher. overall it is impressive.
