Hi all. Could someone advise and enlighten me how is the new development progressive payment works? TIA.
Ya I think the price is right for that location and it's quality... Too bad...have vested on other project overall Inthink better than PO.
On the contrary, I feel PO has very nice landscape and theme.Originally Posted by Vpromax
Parc centros condo landscape is a total disappointment with many shelters and thus blocking the pool view. But location definitely better than PO.

I was considering and comparing between PO, P centros and riversails 2 bedder.
Haven't decided yet.
Watertown already shows punggol hidden dragon crouching tiger, now parc centros will prove again punggol boleh, punggol sells better than sengkang
Ride at your own risk !!!
Not sure the cheapest .. But saw available units selling from 530+K yesterday evening.Originally Posted by terrynfs

ic, still not a good choice for 1 bedder, but price looks much acceptable than indicative price, thxOriginally Posted by pineapple
Don't know the agent send email say 464 sold. True or false?

Should also compare this development to Prive in terms of pricing for good deal. Prive is still way cheaper. Parc Olympia 55xk 2bc 6xx sq ft is not really that cheap actually. Belysa compact 3 BR 9xx sq ft only 550k can get with better location somemore and bigger size.

646 sqft @ 532k (824psf) not consider as cheap? (normally smaller size means higher psf)Originally Posted by yjcai
so in ur opinion, which project is cheap? of course ec is not included
Oh by right, ec should not be used. But rest assure 55xk is not EC pricing for 2 bc. Yes it is the cheapest for condos only.

Rest assure in terms of quantum PO is cheap definitely. But I do not like flora drive. I actually prefer 1 room ripple bay sea view + waterview + waterpark view (DTeast) + pool view + gym seaview. I underestimated the potential of downtowneast. Very good for retirement.Originally Posted by terrynfs

RB is a good buy, but i submited cheque too late, though still before the preview dateOriginally Posted by yjcai
Long queue of cars waiting for a lot. And showroom continue to be packed... With this rate, it is going to be a sell out within the next few days.
I wonder if gov is going to release those remaining empty plots of land around the mrt for sale...
Many small units in condominiums nowadays. The supply larger units are getting lesser and lesser each day.Originally Posted by terrynfs
