    Looks like developer wants to sell out Gambir Ridge in 1 day!

    Psf adjusted lower!

    Will be making the changes this evening.. Expect at least $50psf lower compared to what I quoted earlier

    Already 2.1 plot ratio since master plan 2003. By the way there will be extension of kovan road along the eastern side of the KR plot.

    Maybe not 15 but 5 storeys. Based on the gross area should not need to buy high storeys.

    3 types of residents (townhouse, 2br premium and above, 2br below) and how they are physically segregated in the site plan. Similar to Thomson Grand in this aspect.

    Based on the pricing estimates, Seems like 1BR and 2BR can hit $1480-1500 psf for high floors while 1+1 and 2BR Premium can hit $1380psf.

    Should be $1.08mil to $1.3xmil.. depending you choose 'compact', normal or with 'utility'

    Based on more detailed pricing data, price cap for high floor is about $1420 for 2 bedder types. One bedder is $1430-$1480.

    D19 is the new D15 super prime ... this put D16 ECO's pricing to SHAME
