Developers sold 1,371 private homes excluding executive condominium (EC) units in June, down 19.5 per cent from 1,704 units sold in May.

Including ECs - which are a hybrid of private and public housing - developers' June 2012 sales totalled 1,725 units, down 16.3 per cent from 2,062 homes in the preceding month. The June 2012 figure was up 23.7 per cent from the same year-ago period, when 1,394 units were sold.
The above figures were released by Urban Redevelopment Authority on July 16, based on monthly housing sales submissions by developers.
