Who play house flipping nowadays? The author must live in fantasy land to think that such a money is possible to make in such short time frame. If such a thing is possible the one that best to take such advantage would be the real estate agents themselves.

    His "strategy" is not new.

But with the current CMs, it seems a bit simplistic.

there may be some way title can be transferred without incurring seller's stamp duty.

Don't underestimate the forumers here. The option flip he mentioned has been practised for ages n discussed in this forum many times even before his article came out. I do not think he has any way to circumvent the SSD which is rather watertight.

the filthy rich (not merely rich) can circumwent SSD, no problem via company structure, the kind that can pay in full, banks will beg on their knees to borrow money kind of rich. however for this kind of purchase, the initial setup is very important.
kind of limited to transaction between filthy rich seller and filthy rich buyer for this to work.
