    The 50sqm 2br is another gem ... I WANT ... alas is in Geylang

    to buy this project got to really think twice as there already more than 10 mm projects along even lorong 26-30 so far. thus it is quite risky that mm units along these 3 lorongs might be hard to rent all out. centra suites/studios near aljunied mrt side is much safer.
