    Guess 1+1 bedder could be selling at $1700-1800psf and the larger unit at $1400-$1500. TA will give some discounts.

    $1800 psf for small units is pretty steep man... $1500 for larger units is .

    Look at FH Katong Regency. This place may not be as good as KR. Gives it 20% discount of KR. Looking at $1600psf for MM.

    Good or no good location is always relative... I prefer to compare with the projects in this area. Other than SkyH which is considered by many a misfit in price, few or no other projects (can't be completely sure though) are demanding $1800 psf...

    It is resonably priced however it does not come with a good primary school in nearby.

    Per sqf look only slightly higher than bartley residence although it is free hold. If course distance nit so near to mrt compared to bartley residence. Wonder what maintenance fee like w Just 77 UNITS.....

    That plot is 99LH that is also from Hong Leong? It should be priced slightly above Bartley Residences. The Bidadari area is experiencing a boom, thanks to new town development in 2015, proximity to international schools and town. $1700 psf for high floor greenery facing is not surprising.

    It's about 335m walking distance to the nearest MRT entrance (5 min), but where are the nearest amenities?

    This one got to wait. Chances are they will be built near the MRT stations once Bidadari is up.

    Think of it this way... FH near MRT deserves a slight premium? Then again after Thomson line is completed, there will be more and more FH near MRT which are not in CCR...
