Hate those lap pools only 1+m wide. The older condos tend to have huge pools with units spaced out and angled in a way u don't look into another unit. Some units pool facing, some face scenary outside. Nowadays everyone wants "pool view" so parallel blocks separated by 1m pool. End up units staring into each others units and very close together. And the worst is the corridor layout - u walk into a unit and walk horizontally like one long corridor and windows all open from one side. Yucks. The pics u had above more cramped than HDB flats.

Its not just the pool, the units have shrunked as well!!
A 3 bedder for new condos is like a 2bedder in the older ones. And worst no laundry area at all, no need to hang clothes at all!!!???

Yah, 2 bedders used to be around 980sqft, now become 775sqft.
3 bedders used to be around 1259sqft now become 3 bedder "premium" of similar size.
3 bedders standard now is 980sqft, same as hdb 4 room flat size.
