I wish I could cover up my roof terrace and convert it into a living space and build a maid's room in my backyard.

Full Sea View or greenery view
If single :700sq ft with super high ceiling so can have duplex. ( veyr common in taiwan)

    If married:

    visualise this:

U enter the bedroom with a king size bed, then on both sides, got a door leading to another room with bathroom.
Meaning both husband and wife got thier own room and toilet. but still sleep together.

    Steady boh?!
Dunno how to find this kind of layout. haha.

Sea view is good only during the day. At night, the sea view is total darkness.

A bay view is better during the night because the night scenes surrounding the bay should be beautiful.

It maybe better to have the sea view a distance away so that at night, you still could enjoy the night scenes of the activities before the dark sea.

Good view is enjoyed by your domestic helper while owners re busy making money to pay for mortgage while the kids are busy studying in school.

I almost bought this one in Penang for my retirement

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RWeJuxJHjAI

beach front, unblock seaview, 32'X10' balcony, 4,899 sq ft, 4 rooms, for M$2.7m, high floor, unblock seaview, infinity pool and gym with seaview.

then, went to the market, and found there is no good seafood...especially fish, no good shopping centre....

In fact, my fridge and freezer are full of self-fishing fish.

There is no need to buy fish.

We can own a big boat to fish, and a BMW 5 series at the cost of COE here.
