    They still have to abide by the 753 sq ft rule... Not as harsh as kovan side but definitely some effect already. Unless they manage to get their plan approved under exception.

    there is only less than 40 studios and one bedders in kg, price elasticity is limited, plus not many will sell

    prw? easy to find a number who for various reasons will sell say 450-480k just to move on

    the chances of low balling spoil mkt much heightened

    looks beautiful! cant imagine that sitting on the tampines road plot though. totally dont suit its surroundings.
