    Used to be one of the most ulu place. It used to be connected to the old Tampines road. But then it's now accessible. I am thinking... this might just sell out in a day.

    most of the other condos - Kovan Melody, Kovan Regency, Kovan Residences - around the Kovan MRT are leasehold, which makes the freehold Tembusu Kovan a good buy

    D19 (Kovan) also has the highest number of transactions for private properties
