    This is a sharing for everyone that I heard from a friend whom wanted to get any units from stack one and was surprise for even a 2 bedroom at 743sqm big selling at $739k for level 2 only #02-01 that will workout to about $994.60/psf that a killing for such a price in yishun, mostly likely all the units are avarage above $1100/psf .....

    Another things I heard that most of the new owner who got it is from Huttons who managed to get 80% of the sales and Pronnex was managed to get 20% of the shares of today sales.

    Wow constancet that a good sharing to all. Below is one of the hard cooling measures and look like more hard cash in future for buying properties

    New rules on loan tenure
    9 The new MAS rules impose an absolute limit of 35 years on the tenure of all loans for residential property. This will apply to loans to both individual and non-individual borrowers, as well as refinancing loans1, from 6 October 2012.2
    10 In addition, MAS will lower the LTV ratio for new residential property loans to borrowers who are individuals, if:
    • the tenure exceeds 30 years; or
    • the loan period extends beyond the retirement age of 65 years.
    For these loans, the LTV limit will be:
    • 40% for a borrower with one or more outstanding residential property loans3; and
    • 60% for a borrower with no outstanding residential property loan.

    Hee i think not to worry, the effective date come into force as per 6 Oct 2012 and i rem there a small clauese stated that OTP sign on or after will be hit by the new ruling. So those who bought a day earlier still safe.
