    perhaps, it is a transfer within family members
    however, stamp duty is paid based on market value

    Write to URA ask them to check.

    This is what I did for Southbank.

    Dear Mr Teo

    Thank you for your feedback. We have investigated and confirmed that the caveat of this unit at Southbank was lodged after the sub-purchaser signed fresh agreement with the developer. However, in lodging the caveat, the sub-purchaser quoted the price paid by the original purchaser instead of the sub-sale price. We have therefore removed the record since it does not reflect the actual transaction price. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    460psf is probably a little ridiculously cheap. Some developers pay that price for just land alone.

    Interesting, you should be more interested in Robert than Arcachon, can tell me why? BTW can friend Him in Facebook to find out more, he is quite friendly and a bit young if you know what I mean.

    But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them who despitefully use you, and persecute you;
