    Default Impact of New Mrt Line

    With so many new MRT stations popping up recently, I am just wondering if this will create any negative impact of property close to existing MRT line?

    After you spend 18 Billion on the infrastructure, your value of the land will depreciate is that what you mean.

    Most probably it is the other way round, create greater negative impact on properties not near MRT. Ha so many MRT yet ur properties not near any of them
