    Leftovers are Type C1 and C2 3 bedders, facing Macpherson Road. 13th and 14th floor.

    Quite strange the leftovers are the topmost floors, just below the penthouses. could be the higher prices.

    I drove past last week and all the existing occupants have already vacate the building.

    Seems like they are going to demolish it very soon!

    Hi guys, have the developer call for loan disbursement yet? Bought since Nov 2012 and loan not even drawn yet..

    Mine was just first drawn down in Mar 2014. Should be soon that they call for loan disbursement. The foundation is done and they are building upwards already.

    just received letter from lawyer calling for 10% disbursement. Foundation completed. Should be quick from here.

    I received an email from agent saying that 8river*uites at Boon Keng offering 10-20% disc.

    That one total over 800units..sales wasn't too good.

    Still have at least 2 years to wait. I hope they can TOP earlier.

    Don't think skygreen will drop prices. The amenities nearby are getting better, and Oxley Bizhub across the road is nice.

    Btw, what unit you bought?

    Indeed, i like it that it's not so crowded like Potong Pasir and still close to amenities. My office will be nearby at Paya Lebar.

    I bought pool facing and high floor

    Btw, i saw on URA 2013 master plan that they might build a healthcare / hospital beside at the open field. Good that our rental might be supported by nurses or doctors.

    Any thoughts?

    Mine is on 2nd floor. Very very low as the rest all taken when I booked.

    Pool facing too. Hopefully not too noisy.

    Where you see the masterplan? There is a underground tunnel (KPE) below the park, so I thought building something on it can be challenging.

    You can check the ura masterplan 2014 and will be able to see that the field on the right of skygreen is reserved for healthcare structure

    The land beside skygreen is now fenced up and there are some ground construction work going on. I guess they are doing soil testing etc?

    btw, the developer seems to be very slow in calling for loan disbursement leh.. uptil now only called first 10%. Good or bad for us?

    this is the site which i mentioned. I went to ask the workers and they said they are building a temp showflat for a condo. I think its for the UOL project beside bartley residences.

    They just called for payment under clause 5.1.2(d) and (e). Meaning the internal plastering all completed. That is quite fast, but from outside cannot see the progress.

    I wonder when will be the actual TOP? Anybody have a more accurate date?

    Hi Visionaires, me too.. Just called for next 10%.. Top might be q4 2015 as per the contract details board outside the condo. 1 more year or less!

    Both blocks are already fully built to same height..haha might be my photo angle.

    The SPA says legal completion is Dec 2016. If it is Q4 2015, that is good!

    Seems like the exterior is all done. How long more do we need to wait for TOP typically? I really hope it can TOP ASAP

    Btw, they are really slow in calling for loan disbursement dont u agree? And this small development is abit slow! Why r they taking their time? Dont they (heeton n joint partners) want to faster build finish and collect $$? Haha

    I see that the roads and plants are all in place. Swimming pool also have water already.

    Anybody know when is the expected TOP?

    Agents have been flooding my mailbox with letters obviously for rent/sale. Hahaha


    They told me end of Oct or Early Nov TOP!

    I was told mid Nov can collect keys, but up to now still no letters from developers. Getting impatient. Haha.
