One of the smallest plot currently is in discussion to be used by the Mountbatten CC. They might be moving near the MRT if it makes sense.
The river beautiful project is currently ongoing at the area as well.
So , I see this large plot of land between Katong road and Dakota MRT to be of good value once the Stadium and Offices are up. Katong Regency selling $1600psf, this large plot is nearer to city.
Only downside is AIR CRAFTS... But Katong Regency folks will be in for a surprise.. they are under the flight path too.. hehe..
We need to understand the GLS strategy.
