    Hear say neighbour wing tai launch another phase but forestkill alr building high up. Isn this not a sign of cash rich? Risk can always be mitigated by cash. ITS OCR

    Price ranges are so tight in singapore. Unlikely to be cheap and since they are the new kid in the block here. I don't think they will do a capitaland or far east premium pricing strategy.
