HDB, URA to release 5 residential sites in Oct

The Housing & Development Board (HDB) and Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on Monday launched for tender the residential site at Bishan Street 14 and the executive condominium (EC) site at Punggol Field Walk/Punggol East, under the 2H2012 confirmed list.

URA on Monday also released two residential sites at Tampines Avenue 10 (parcel C and parcel D) via the reserve list system.

It also said that another EC site at Sembawang Crescent/Sembawang Drive will be launched for tender under the confirmed list on Oct 30.

"Together, these five sites can yield about 2,880 residential units," it said in a statement.
