I think Waterview owners will spillover in this thread soon. Eastlover, Kengar?

The site is flanked by the Quarry (Tampines Ave 10), Waterview, Tropica, [email protected] EC (Tampines Ave 1), and Parcel B (Tampines St 86).
Haha we already discussed a lot about this QQ in our FEC

Lets see how will it benefit our Waterview since we have extra thing - the water view!

The west sun is no joke, even the low floors will likely get it. I survey the site at WV and it really is hot when I was there about 3-4pm. FEO need to work their magic to sell the quarry view.

    No free shuttle for WV.

By the way, I don't think there will be townhouses in this development. The recent URA ruling depicts that foreigners can only buy townhouses in condominium properties that have obtained building approval before 3 April 2012.

This plot was awarded on 21 May 2012.

More likely a soho-suite-condo-loft OR soho-suite-condo development ala Watertown.

This project should be in the range of $900-$1200.

I agree, timing is the most critical, next is then location. So think about it before you buy unless the price is below $800 psf.

I drive/ cycle past this place every day. It is jam in the morning with full of cars, and no amenities nearby except for a petrol station
If its really 900-1200 psf, then those at WV will HUAT AH
