Sigh, Qbay do not accept request for change of flr tiles... below is their reply.
"We will not be able to accede to any request regarding change of floortiles. We will also not be able to omit the tiles as it is a TOPrequirement for all finishes to be in place. Buyers will have tochange the tiles at their own cost after taking vacant possession."
