That is construction time mah. After completed still need to be subjected to various BCA checks before can issue TOP. My guess is Frasers rather overestimate than under estimate.

Will take another 2 months to breach 90% I think. It is still moving quite fast compare to some of the recent launches.

I'm not too sure... Anyone knows how to see?

I went to the showflat last week and the one and two bedders showflat had been torn down.2 bedders left final 6 units and all in all left only 50 plus units I think.

I asked the agent what is the ceiling height again. This time round I got conflicting answer. He told me ceiling height is 2.5m! How can it be so low?

Unfortunately it's almost impossible to take good pictures of the construction progress as I have no access to Tropica condo or the Waterview condo opposite Q Bay.

Nonetheless we can still share information over here.

On its way to be fully sold by the end of Jan 2014 I hope!
