Default Taking turns or different shareholding?

Any reason why FCL spearheading the mkting n not FEO?

People want to see how will FEO play the magic again, to sell this land much higher than WV, based on the fact that whatever they want to sell, WV all have, except the water view

Yummy... I actually loved the tanjong rhu enclave.. It's really like an exclusive enclave where you can only enter via 2 roads and Pebble Bbay is the best of them all..

Those facing the stadium is also quite nice. Read in the news the GIC biggie Ang Kong Hua lives in one of the penthouse there.

With the linkage of the marina bay east garden, I think you add another few bungalow/landed plots ..and berth and it will become Sentosa Cove II.

could that be the reason FEO invest here??
Sis, that area is already home to 3 companies, Hoya, IBM and Jabil (still building), there's a lot of land there and think i saw a sale poster on the way to TPE

Looks like the developer is wasting no time to get the launch out fast, saw that the workers were still working on the showflat site at 8pm.

This will spoil market for WV resale. Launch price also around this range for WV. More competition and even more supply coming at parcel B, C, D...

This is the problem when different developers handle adjacent plots...

For own stay still no problem la..

this project really depend how the layout is.... for Water View, majority of the units are not North or South facing, when hit the morning and afternoon sun, especially afernoon sun, is really killing....

Second, this place morning traffic is really bad....

If far east make the units face north or south, and price it around 900-950, i believe this will sell like hot cake.

but if it price it around 1000 - 1200, then i will rather buy city fringe or even bartley residence.

    worth....

Don't think Far East will sell at 900 to 950.
