    If you notice some of the ground floor units have direct access to the pools from the PES.

    How come the entry not open on ave 10? How do they go in? All the way from UWC? Or the floral gardens there?

    If i remember correctly, think they need to build new road in between the plot housing the arc & BTO and the plot B-D

    the 1+study layout is good, can convert study area to proper dining area
