    Default Amazing

Amazing, we nicely spread votes for all 3 options.

    So the score is now

    33 - 33 = 0

Game has just started, keep it on ...

    Thanks,
    Richard

Then you better vote after Nov 7 our time due to the time zone differences.

The poll will open for another 20+ days, so it will be ok for you to wait.

    Thanks,
    Richard

    The score is now

    41 - 35 = 6

Although the lowest theoretical score could go down to -100,
I would expect it stays in the positive range -
we are after all condo forumers.

    Thanks,
    Richard

actually mayb the outcome wld b different if the poll is split into 3, i.e ccr/rcr/ocr
cos I actually think now, i.e. after mas loan cm, is bad time to buy ocr, neutral for rcr but gd time for ccr

I think all the BAD news will come out after the elections.

    Why???

Because I think Obama probably squeezed out ALL the good numbers he can find to help out his election campaign while trying to keep the bad numbers under wraps.

If Obama wins, then probably not so bad as he will try to present the bad news nicely. If Romney wins, sure give LOTS and LOTS of bad news in the beginning to show that he inherited a mess from Obama.

Thanks for the suggestion. But I don't know how to implement that.
Because people will then ask me to separate Commercial from Residential,
    99LH from FH
    MM from BIG BIG
    Landed from ...
    ...
Thanks for voting "Not Sure", I guess that's the best solution so far.

    Cheers!

Paper money is quite useless now. Juz keep some for contingency plus get some insuance. The rest has to be put to work. B careful of scams.

You have jumped from "Bad to Buy" last month to "Good to Buy" this month. I will monitor for a few months to see whether it is a real attitude swing ... or whether we need some filter.

    Thanks,
    Richard

"Bad to Buy" refers to Singapore property in general, because the high price is a debt that has to be serviced for the next 30 years for many buyers. I don't really how to make sense of current situation.

I received some news that manufacturing investments are pouring into Iskandar, and the developer of my house will be launching next phase at higher price, so my mood is better Hence "Good to Buy" over there because the low cost allows loan to be easily serviced in less than 10 years and the foundation for faster growth is coming up.

And yes, I have mood swing also

OK. I will rephrase my question to something like:

Is it a good time to buy Property in Singapore now?

Very sad to see super bear has indeed given up with the Singapore property market - the same is happening to business as well.
Everything has a limit. When the "gains" we get from property is so much, it is no longer sustainable.

Yes, I have changed my vote from "not sure" last month to a firm "Bad Time to Buy" this month, and likely the following months - we will see.

    Thanks,
    Richard
